What the enquiry form collects
Only what you type in: your name, email address, type of shoot, date, location and message. The form has no tracking of any kind. When you press send, the details go straight to my inbox — this website doesn’t keep a copy.
Why, and on what basis
To reply to you, check whether I’m available and send you a quote. Under the GDPR this is processing at your request before we (possibly) enter into a contract — Article 6(1)(b).
Who else handles it
- Cloudflare hosts this website and runs the form. Like any web host, it processes your IP address to deliver and protect the site.
- Resend delivers the form to my inbox.
- [Email provider] hosts my mailbox.
Some of these companies are based outside the EU/EEA. Where data leaves the EEA, it’s covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
How long I keep it
If an enquiry doesn’t lead to a booking, I delete it within [12 months]. If you do book, I keep what’s needed to do the work and for as long as Finnish bookkeeping law requires.
Cookies
No analytics, no advertising and no third-party fonts or embeds — nothing that follows you around.
Client galleries use one strictly necessary cookie: after you enter a gallery’s password, it remembers that for about 30 days so you don’t have to type it again. It works only for that gallery and is used for nothing else.
Your rights
You can ask to see the details I hold about you, correct them, have them deleted, or object to how they’re used — just email me. If you think I’ve handled your data wrongly, you can also complain to the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman at tietosuoja.fi.
